Ordering & Shipping

Ordering - Customers have 3 ways to place an order with us.

1.  Credit Cards & PayPal Payments  - Using PayPal is the easiest and fastest way to process an order with detailHAUS.   You can use all major credit cards and/or your checking account to make payments via PayPal. 

Every item will have an button below or next to the item. If the item is "Out of Stock", then we will send you an email and let you know. The "View Cart" button is located on every item page.  You can view, edit quantity, and delete items using the "View Cart" button. Using the shopping cart system, you are able to add items to your shopping cart, checkout, and complete your transaction using your PayPal account.

2.   Money Orders - Money Orders are accepted. Please email us with the item numbers that you would like to purchase and we will set your order aside until we receive the Money Order. Also include a letter with your money order, stating the items that you would like.

3.   EBay - From time to time we do have some of our items on for sale on EBay.

Shipping

Orders that are placed via PayPal are shipped within 24-48 hours (If you have paid using an ECheck with PayPal, your items will NOT ship until the ECheck clears). If you are using a Money Order, your order will ship 24-48 hours after receipt of your Money Order. 

Most items are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation (insurance is optional). Larger items (exhaust systems, carbon fiber hoods, turbo kits, etc) are typically shipped via FedEx or DHL (depending on the location) and insurance is required. 

Please note: 

• Shipping is free WORLDWIDE for most items unless specified in the description.

• Local large item orders will be delivered by detailHAUS directly.

• All items are carefully packaged to protect against any damage and we will ship anywhere in the world!

Returns

No returns unless specified. All products sold as described and if a return is required, then their will be a  40% restocking fee.

All items are sold for "off-road use only".  The buyer agrees to assume all liabilities and responsibilities for the outcome of using "off-road use only" parts. We assume and have no responsibility for any damages that may occur from installing or using such components.

Please Note:  Radar detectors, scramblers and combination units are banned in OK, MN, VA, CA, NE, UT, Washington, D.C., and some providence’s of Canada. These items will not be shipped or sold to any of these locations.
